We care about our properties and take great pride in making sure they are well maintained, and safe. To ensure this we do have an application process - no exceptions are made to the criteria listed below:
$50 nonrefundable fee
Credit score needs to be 650 or above (if you are a student and have no score you would need a cosigner).
No previous evictions
Make 2.5x the rental rate (or be a student)
We are pet friendly. We allow up to 2 pets.
Pets must be over a yr old, spayed or neutered and be on a flea treatment with your vet/have current shots.
Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.
